I just found your blog a day ago via a link on Reddit. I'm psyched to find an active Adventist blogger!! Adventists seem to be mostly quiet and reclusive on the interwebs. I've just been popping around your blog, reading your posts. I like your wry sense of humor combined with some serious depth. Anyway, God bless you! I'll be sure to check back in!
I am overjoyed to read your flattering comment! My public persona is very quiet and reclusive, but I thought I might be more outgoing if I hid behind a website. My anonymity was compromised two weeks ago when the pastor of my church stumbled across my product, but he has had the discretion to only reveal it to his associate, Pastor Danielle Pilgrim. Not many people visit my webpage, upon which I squander 95% of my free time. I hardly ever visit blogger, which explains my tardy reply. It is a fun hobby, and thanks to archive.org, forms a permanent record of my adventures in Adventism. When I first started back in September of last year, my enthusiasm led me to try to promote this effort on Reddit. You would be surprised by how much abuse this provoked! I swore off Reddit for about four months, but have recently re-entered it when I feel as if I have some product that is worthy of publicity. I am highly involved in volunteer activity at my church, and this drains enough energy from me that I am having some trouble pursuing what ought to be my primary goal, studying to pass the Architectural Registration Exam. The stuff I create for the web, in contrast, requires very little thought or effort. I know that I would be a more useful person if I could work up the courage to attempt to evangelize in person, and not by proxy. Thank you again for your interest, I hope you have been to my true site: http://homemadegospel.org/
